The administrative Headquarters of the BCA organization are maintained at 1710 Octavia Street, in San Francisco, California.
Encompassed within the administration are the Office of the Bishop, Executive Assistant to the Bishop, BCA Office and Administrative Officer, the Endowment Foundation, a publications division, Dharma School-Youth departments, as well as a variety of other administrative and operational sections.

750th commemoration of Shinran Shonin |

During the weekend of February 27 and 28, 2010, the Buddhist Churches of America (BCA) will commemorate the 750th memorial anniversary of the founder of Jodo (PureLand) Shinshu (True Sect) Buddhism, the Venerable Shinran Shonin. The BCA anticipates over 700 Jodo Shinshu followers and friends to attend activities that will be held at the Fairmont Hotel in San Jose, California. The commemoration’s theme is “Peace and Tranquility”. |
