The popular podcast, “Everyday Buddhism: Making Everyday Better,” recently featured Bishop Rev. Marvin Harada in an episode entitled, “Come as You Are: Shin Buddhism as Everyday Buddhism.”
The podcast is by Wendy Shinyo Haylett, an author, Buddhist teacher, lay minister, behavioral and spiritual coach, who shares the "tips and tricks" found in Buddhist teachings with the goal of making a person’s professional and personal life better, everyday.
The podcast with Rev. Harada, which aired Oct. 13, discussed what makes Shin Buddhism a truly "everyday Buddhism," and covered topics such as meditation, mindfulness, chanting, ritual, and about the teachers we have in common and what made them special.
